Welcome to the External Roche Product Vigilance
Training for External Service Providers
This course is an annual training required for all Roche staff. The purpose of this module is to provide training to Roche employees (including temporary staff and contractors) on their responsibility in recognizing and reporting potential side effects (also known as adverse events) or product complaints (for both medicines and devices) that they learn about in or outside work.
After you pass the assessment, enter your name into the Course Completion Certificate. The certification of completion documentation should be stored in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contact your Roche Responsible person for guidance if you are not sure.
The course is optimized for the latest versions of Safari (Mac) and Internet Explorer (IE 11) and available in 10 languages.

Please note: Evidence of training completion must be provided to Roche upon request.
